1. Print-on-Demand Products
All products are custom-made once your order is placed. Minor variations in color, size, or design may occur due to the printing process.

2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. Payments are securely processed via Shopify Payments or other approved payment providers.

3. Shipping and Fulfillment
Production typically takes 2–7 business days before shipping. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

4. Returns and Refunds
Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including designs, text, images, and logos, is owned by Shiruku Design LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability
Shiruku Design LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product purchased.
