Refund Policy

Most of the products at Shiruku Shop are custom-made once your order is placed.

Eligible Refunds or Replacements:

  • Items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Please include photos of the issue and the order number when contacting us.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Items ordered in the wrong size or color by the customer.

  • Personalized or made-to-order products.

Refund Process:

  1. Contact us at shiruku.shop@gmail.com with order details and evidence of the issue.

  2. If approved, we’ll issue a replacement or a refund.

  3. You may not need to return the item unless instructed.

Refund Timing:
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
