Most of the products at Shiruku Shop are custom-made once your order is placed.
Eligible Refunds or Replacements:

Items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include photos of the issue and the order number when contacting us.
Non-returnable Items:

Items ordered in the wrong size or color by the customer.

Personalized or made-to-order products.
Refund Process:

If approved, we’ll issue a replacement or a refund.

You may not need to return the item unless instructed.
Refund Timing:
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
